Michael Barnett is an Oakland homeowner and award-winning senior physicist and scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. A decades-long advocate for civil rights, social justice, and science, Mr. Barnett founded two national science education programs and produced/created a planetarium show about dark matter viewed by millions of people.
